The one time your memories leave the vault, and only with your yes.
What is sent
Only the finished pages of the book or calendar you chose, as one print file, plus the name and address it ships to. Nothing else from your vault.
Who sees it
Our print partner, Prodigi, which prints and ships the order, and Stripe for payment. Jelly staff don’t open your pages.
How long it lasts
The print file is uploaded to a single-use link that expires after 7 days, and we delete our copy once the order is printed. Order records (not photos) are kept as long as tax law requires.
The consent screen, word for word
Before every order, the app shows you this and won’t continue until you agree. You can back out at any point before paying.
- ✦ The pages are built on your phone, so you see exactly what will be printed.
- ✦ Consent is per order. Saying yes once doesn’t mean yes forever.
- ✦ Memories that are hidden from you by someone else in your Family Circle can’t be put in your book.
Before we print
Your pages will leave your phone
To print this book, its pages are sent unencrypted to our print partner, Prodigi, which prints and ships it from the US or UK. They’ll see the photos and words on these pages and your shipping address. They don’t receive anything else from Jelly.
The print file expires after 7 days and we delete our copy once your order is printed.
Other things worth knowing
- Payments for printed products go through Stripe (including Apple Pay), not through in-app purchase. Stripe sees payment details, never your pages.
- Other people in your photos. If a book includes other people’s children, please make sure their parents are comfortable with it being printed.
- Prodigi’s own policy also applies to the order. We’ll link it here when printing launches.
