1. Agreement

By using the Jelly Memories app or website you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Jelly Works provides Jelly.

2. Who can use Jelly

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children may appear in the memories you keep, but may not have accounts. If you record memories about a child, you confirm you are their parent or guardian or have their parent’s or guardian’s permission.

3. Your content

You own everything you put into Jelly. We don’t claim any license to it beyond what’s needed to run the features you choose (for example, storing encrypted copies you can’t read without your keys, or sending pages to print when you order). You’re responsible for having the right to keep and share what you add, including photos of other people.

4. Keys, backups and recovery

Your memories are stored on your device and, when you turn on backup or Family Circle, end-to-end encrypted. We can’t read or recover them. Keep your recovery code safe. We aren’t responsible for data lost because a device and its recovery code are both lost.

5. Family Circle

When you share a memory with family members, they can see it on their devices. Removing someone stops future access, but can’t remove what they already saw or saved.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Printed products are sold separately and paid through Stripe; their price, shipping and returns are shown before you order.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use Jelly to break the law, to store or share content that exploits or harms children, to harass anyone, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer our services. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. AI features

Transcription and photo suggestions run on your device and can make mistakes. Check anything important.

9. Changes and availability

We’re a small team improving Jelly constantly. Features may change. Because Jelly is offline first, the app keeps working on your device even if our servers are unavailable.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Jelly is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.
