How can we help?

Jelly needs permission to read your photo library. On iPhone: Settings → Jelly Memories → Photos → Full Access (or pick the albums you want). On Android: Settings → Apps → Jelly Memories → Permissions → Photos and videos.

Check that notifications are allowed for Jelly in your phone settings, and that reminders are on in Jelly’s Settings. If you already logged today, the evening reminder is skipped on purpose.

Transcription happens on your phone, so it can take a moment on older devices. Make sure Jelly has microphone permission, then try a short note. Still stuck? Email us and tell us your phone model.

Until encrypted backup launches, your phone’s own backup (iCloud Backup or Google One) carries your Jelly vault to a new phone when you restore from it.

Settings → Privacy in the app. Both switches take effect immediately.
